Every child is important and no voice is too quiet to be heard. We will devote the time and energy necessary to show them their worth it.

More than 500 people volunteer for us each year and make the difference in the lives of hundreds of children. Find out how to become our partner.

We have events throughout the year, dosage celebrating life with these wonderful, sales worthy kids.

Jodie Williams

“When I learned about the terrible odds stacked against Transitional Aged or Emancipated Foster Youth when they turn 18, I could not sit by and do nothing. Most of these young adults ended up in prison, homeless or sex trafficking. My conscious called. It is not enough to just make sure my children are safe & cared for….what about the children in my own community that are parentless or have parents that are not functioning at a stable level? I searched for ways to volunteer with this ‘invisible population’ in Solano County and could not find one. It was then, I decided that since there was no such group to help stabilize these young adults that I would gather my friends and start one. We’ve never looked back. Over the last 20 years, I have organized youth outreaches in at-risk neighborhoods, taught middle school drama classes in the Monterey Bay area, been a youth group leader as well as a volunteer for years with Foster A Dream in Contra Costa County and also a volunteer with Children In Need of Hugs in Solano County. These young adults are worthy of love, support, kindness and a helping hand. No one should have to go through this life alone.”
